ORBIT IRRIGATION PRODUCTS, INC.  STRUCTURES SALES DEPARTMENT TO BE EVEN MORE CUSTOMER-CENTRIC

North Salt Lake City, Utah - March 10, 2003 – Orbit® Irrigation Products, Inc., one of the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of irrigation products for the residential and commercial markets announced today that they have designed their sales and product development areas to better serve customers.

"This is the right business strategy for Orbit,” said K.C. Ericksen, Orbit CEO.  “We have structured the company to be even more customer-centric than we have been in the past. The Orbit sales department, which reports to executive vice president of marketing and sales, Mike Ericksen, has been aligned along four customer areas and will be led by the following Orbit employees:

• Big Box Customers – Mike Knudson

• Mass Merchants – Bob Parker

• Home Improvement – Steve Ericksen

• International and Commercial – Kim Hayes

 Each customer area will have support staff, including analysts and account managers to ensure quality, customer interactions.  Larger customers will have Orbit employees on-site to answer questions on a moment"s notice.
