I really appreciate the speed that you were able to replace my non functioning timer. I was dreading to have to reprogram the unit, but was easy, as you had transfer instructions and all I had to do was the mounting and easily connect the wires. Bingo! I had a functioning unit with the same programs of my previous unit. Thank Again

Despite repeated attempts to connect the B-hyve XR Timer to my network it will not connect.

Thank you to your customer care department for the replacement timer. The B button on my original timer had failed to work anymore. I was fine until I had to change the home Wi-Fi system. Then I couldn’t connect anymore.
The new one connected immediately, and is working fine
I really like the ability of changing my timer from anywhere in the world.

Followed all instructions perfectly but unit does not link to WiFi. It sees my home WifI but times out after a couple minutes (no linkage). Very frustrating. I had the same B-hyve irrigation controller previously in the same location and it was able to connect to my home WiFi. Called Orbit technical assist a couple times: they hung up after 5min the first time and no success the second time.

Easy to install, and looks great too. I just wish we had the option to install the power through wires too instead of a plug in switch but other than that, it's great.
Great customer service too
