The system does not connect to WiFi!

Thank you for leaving your review about being unable to connect one of our Smart Timers to wifi. Please make sure that you are connecting to a separate 2.4g network, and putting the timer into pairing mode by turning the dial to 'Off' and pushing it in, then pressing the 'Reset' button on the back of the display's panel and holding it for 10 seconds. replacement

This was a replacement for the controller electronics that went bad during the winter (still in the warranty period). The whole process was very easy and quick. The new unit is now installed and seems to be working fine.
