Orbit fulfills their waranty obligation.

My irrigation valve failed to work properly and Orbit does not offer the replacement part. They did however, support me, their customer, with a new valve. Thank you Orbit!

It's a great anti-siphon valve but one that I had installed a few years ago stopped functioning

It's a great anti-siphon valve but one that I had installed a few years ago stopped functioning. The Orbit support was kind enough to send me a new one. All is good now. Thank you!
