B
Very easy to see how to program the timer. But removing the batteries from the timer is very hard to do. Can’t pull the compartment out with my hand. I have to use a pair of pliers and then it tears up the plastic.
Thanks for sharing your review on programming one of our Hose Timers and the difficulty with changing the batteries for it. Our Customer Care team is happy to discuss any of your product concerns and to further help with any issues that may be experienced. I started using it as soon as I received it, and it now waters my lawn right on schedule every day. I hope the quality is good; the first timer I bought from you lasted three years before breaking, so I’m hoping this one will last three years too.
B
Works great Hets the job done.
