Replacement timer is working fine

Thank you to your customer care department for the replacement timer. The B button on my original timer had failed to work anymore. I was fine until I had to change the home Wi-Fi system. Then I couldn’t connect anymore.
The new one connected immediately, and is working fine
I really like the ability of changing my timer from anywhere in the world.

B-hyve does NOT link to WiFi

Followed all instructions perfectly but unit does not link to WiFi. It sees my home WifI but times out after a couple minutes (no linkage). Very frustrating. I had the same B-hyve irrigation controller previously in the same location and it was able to connect to my home WiFi. Called Orbit technical assist a couple times: they hung up after 5min the first time and no success the second time.

Great device

Easy to install, and looks great too. I just wish we had the option to install the power through wires too instead of a plug in switch but other than that, it's great.

Watering History

Timer seems to work well, the only issue I have is I know its working but I cant get the watering history to show on app. I travel a lot and want to make sure its working. The issue is I have tried contacting Orbit but I always get disconnected when calling. I sent a text and will see if anybody gets back to me, if not I will return and purchase another brand. If you get frustrated when trying to get through to a companies customer service dept. I don't recommend this company.

Great Value

This controller replaced my old one and was a big improvement. I can manage it from anywhere. It is super easy to set up. I highly recommend this as a cost effective, functional and highly programmable controller.
