This was a warranty part I requested via customer service November 1, 2024. At that time, I was told the part was out of stock and should have in stock in 3-4 weeks and I would be notified. December 6, I again called customer service and was told it was not in stock and I would be notified when it was. As of March 3, 2025, I still had not been notified the part was in stock. I went on-line to request the part to see what response I would get other than what I had been told previously. To my surprise the order went through and shipped.
Orbit has been a leading name in the industry and thought to be the best product. I have always considered that whenever I was purchasing watering products. I still think the product is good but VERY DISAPPOINTED in the failure of the customer service response.
