Enforcer motion senser

This sensor is a repayment for one that stopped working. Orbit was very gracious in replacing under the warranty period. However, lack of the replacement part caused long delay in receiving the part

This sensor replaced another that went bad after just 3 months. This replacement was working fine and then it didn't. After 3 wks it also failed. I replaced batteries and it just wouldn't work. I no longer even hear it clicking; no movement or water discharging from unit. Took it apart to find no obstruction to water flow. It apparently failed internally again. Maybe a bad batch of sensors I don't know. It kept the deer away but they came back a week after this unit failed. Now what ? I can return the unit in its original box so you can test for failure, I just ask that you send a return mailing label. If you are willing to replace this unit again, maybe pull from a later batch or earlier batch. Disappointed, I thought I had this deer issue solved, they're like a gang of hoodlums.

I have five Enforcers which I call Predators. I have to replace at least two of them every year. They do the job, I take them in first frost. The growing Season in NC is from March to November. i can usually make a season with one set of Set of battery's.
